Our Team
The Agile Enterprise organization consists of a team of seasoned professionals with extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of industries including imaging, publishing, visual communications, and software design & development. Agile’s Executive Management is located in New York City operating under the HudsonYards organization. The Product Development & Support teams are located in various areas around New Hampshire and Atlanta, Georgia.
Agile’s team is often augmented by specialized contract staffing resources as demands dictate, and/or through various resources available to us through the CAPS Group of companies. This resource management philosophy allows us to be highly competitive and maintain a financially healthy future.
Neil O'Callaghan
HudsonYards
Executive Vice President, Operations & Technology
Neil is Executive Vice President, Operations & Technology at HudsonYards. In his nearly 30 years in the industry, Neil has held a variety of positions in software development, telecommunications, plant management, new business development, technology management and business unit responsibility. The common thread in Neil’s diverse background is his focus on the profitable application of appropriate technology to the business of graphic communications. Neil is a recognized industry leader and influential technologist. He regularly speaks at various conferences and industry events on the technology trends that are shaping our industry’s future.
Working closely with the team at Agile Enterprise since 1999 when it was a part of Applied Graphics Technologies, Neil assumed organizational responsibility and strategic product direction for Agile Enterprise's Teambase suite of publishing solutions in March 2004.
Neil has received many industry awards, among them are; the APC’s Advertising Production Person of the Year and P3’s Luminaire Award. Neil is a past chair of the Idealliance Spectrum conference, and the former IPA representative on the SWOP Boar
Jim Van Zile
Agile Enterprise
Vice President, Business Manager
With over 28 years in the photographic and graphic communications industry, Jim brings a variety of business operations and product commercialization skills to Agile Enterprise. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, sales and marketing at Agile Enterprise, Jim also facilitates product development for the Teambase Suite of desktop and web-hosted publishing solutions.
Jim joined AGT in 1998 as the Director of Operations for the Digital Imaging Systems Division, managing the Technical Support and Project Management departments in support of the Digital Link software platform and Online Photo business, later joining Agile Enterprise in 2002.
Prior to joining the Agile Enterprise Team, Jim was employed with Eastman Kodak Company for 13 years in various roles including Graphic Designer, Network Administrator, and Product Application Specialist. Over the span of Jim’s career he has worked with customers such as Universal Studios, Disney Company, National Basketball Association, Ritz Camera, U.S. News & World Report, and Fujifilm USA. Jim has also held management positions at Applied Graphic Technologies, Inc, Seven Worldwide, and Schawk Digital Solutions.
Doug Norton
Agile Enterprise
Director, Research and Development
Joining Agile Enterprise in 1995, Doug has performed a majority of the software design & development for the Teambase client desktop and server. Over the course of his career at Agile Doug has developed an in depth knowledge of the entire Teambase platform. Along with Doug’s significant daily contributions to the Teambase product he also manages our software development staffing resources, researches new technologies, and provides consultative services to our internal and external customers regarding software publishing solutions. Doug has extensive experience developing for multiple platforms (Macintosh and Windows), Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft IIS, QuarkXPress, InDesign/InCopy, Photoshop, and QuickTime. Doug has written several imaging applications and libraries and possesses detailed knowledge of image file formats, IPTC, and EXIF. He has worked closely with both publishing, photo, and retail clients and has a great understanding of their requirements. Prior to joining Agile, Doug worked for the US government doing photonics research.
Tony Lynch

Application Management & Quality Assurance
Tony Lynch has extensive and diverse experience in the publishing sector, ranging from content creation to system integration. His career began more than 20 years ago as a writer, editor and prepress manager for daily, weekly and monthly publications. He brought this front-line experience to later roles with technology suppliers. Employed with Agile Enterprise for the past eight years, Tony has helped many publishing, advertising and corporate clients configure and use Teambase to manage digital assets, improve quality, increase efficiencies, document processes and find creative solutions to individual business needs. And having been on both sides, he understands how technology succeeds best when it keeps the users in mind./em>
Tony Walker

Technical Support Services
Tony’s background in the publishing and graphic arts industry spans more than 25 years, performing roles in management and hands-on technical support services. Working closely with our legacy Digital Link customers, and providing a broad range of technology support services to customers of our various companies including ATEX and AGT variations for the past 19 years, Tony has developed a keen understanding of our client’s unique needs. Tony has extensive knowledge of graphic arts and publishing production workflow needs, and has used his vast experience to support customers with the migration from Digital Link and other legacy solutions over to our Teambase platform for the past 6 years while at Agile Enterprise.
